- Short answer
- Email [email protected] with the casino, the page you read and the figure you saw. We re-read the casino's own page before changing anything and date the correction. We cannot help with a casino account, a withdrawal or a complaint about a casino.

This list is built from casinos' own cashier tables, FAQs and terms, and those pages change without announcement. If a minimum deposit, a withdrawal floor or a method on this site no longer matches what you see on a casino's page, we want to know. Corrections are the main reason people write to us, and they are the part of the job that keeps the list honest.
What to write to us about
- A figure that has moved. A minimum deposit, a withdrawal minimum or a method that has been added or removed. Sky Vegas removing PayPal and Google Pay is the kind of change we mean.
- Evidence for a gap. If you have seen a £3 floor, or a second £1 site, printed on a casino's own page, send the page. We found neither on 22 October 2026 and would rather be corrected than stay wrong.
- A site we should read. A UK-licensed casino that prints £10 or less on its own pages. The method page lists what is counted.
- A mistake in the text. A typo, a wrong clause number, a broken link.
What to include
A report we can act on carries the same lines a card on our list carries.
| Item | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Casino name | to find the right page |
| Payment method | prices differ by route |
| Figure you saw | to compare with ours |
| Link to the casino page | to read it ourselves |
| Date you saw it | tables change without notice |
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. There is no phone line and no live chat, and we do not promise a reply time. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or login details; we never need them. How your message is handled is described on the privacy page.
What we cannot do
We are an independent comparison of low deposit casinos, not a casino. We cannot see accounts, move money, reverse a deposit or decide a dispute. If a casino has not paid you or has closed an account, its own support is the first step, and its terms often set a time limit for complaints: Lucky Admiral's FAQ, for example, asks for a complaint within three months of the issue.
The buttons on this site lead to a casino recommended for the country you read from, chosen automatically. They do not lead to a site named in the text, so a problem with a casino you reached through one is a matter for that casino.
If gambling is causing you harm, BeGambleAware at begambleaware.org offers advice, and the National Gambling Helpline number printed in Ivy Casino's footer is 0808 8020 133.
What happens next
We open the casino's own page and read the line you raise. If it differs from ours, we change the figure and the reading date on the card. If it matches, we keep ours and may reply with where it is printed. Every correction is dated, which is why figures on this site always show when they were read. The people who make those changes are on the editorial team page, and the full price list is on the home page.
Questions, ticked off
How do I tell you that a minimum deposit has changed?
Email the casino name, the payment method, the figure you now see and the link to the page that shows it. A screenshot of the cashier table helps, with the date it was taken.
Can you help me get a withdrawal paid?
No. We are a comparison site, not a casino, and we cannot see or change any account. Contact the casino's own support, and keep its complaint procedure and any time limit it prints in view.
Can I suggest a casino for the list?
Yes. Send the casino and the page where it prints a minimum deposit of £10 or less for an ordinary online method. A site is added only when its own pages show the figure.
Do you want my account details or card number?
Never. Do not send passwords, card numbers or login details by email. Anything we need is on the casino's public pages.
What happens to my email?
We use it to answer you and to check the figure you raised. The privacy page says how it is handled.
